The box contains outdoor dog shoes (Zoof Casuals or Zoof Plops), indoor shoes (Zoof Grips) and Zoof Paw balm.

Pick Casuals or Plops depending on the weather. Zoof Casuals work well for summers / winters while Zoof Plops are suitable for rains.

Zoof Grips: Indoor dog shoes that are designed to provide traction on marble, tile or hardwood flooring that causes stress on doggies' hips. Very soft insides with a mesh lining to prevent the paw from sweating and provide comfort throughout the day. Prevents slipping, hip dysplasia and other arthritic conditions. Helps manage any existing arthritic conditions.

Zoof Paw Balm: Zoof Paw Balm is a natural blended wax that helps you keep your dog's paws healthy. This balm is anti-tick, anti-flea and lick-safe.

Zoof Plops: Dog shoes, crafted from water-resistant upper material and anti-slip sole. Protects paws from mud, water, ticks, and germs while walking through puddles, wet roads and muddy pathways. Comfortable and keeps dog paws dry at all times.

Zoof Casuals: These outdoor shoes are light and breathable, comfortable and protect your doggy's paw from scorching hot pavements during the summer and cold chilly roads in the winters. They are made of soft textured canvas with an anti-slip sole and have a double velcro fastening.

You can hand wash the shoes with mild soap and water. Hang them to dry. Stuff newspaper after a day to soak up moisture.

Always keep the velcro fastened - even when not in use. Store the shoes in a bag.

Return Policy

For International orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges (hence no refunds)

For domestic orders too, we do not take returns (hence, no refund) but we offer exchanges.

Exchange Policy 

Our exchange policy is hassle-free and simple. You can request a size exchange within 10 days from delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please drop us an email with your order number at woof@zoofpets.com  or ping us on Whatsapp.

We offer return pick-up (for most locations) for a pickup charge of ₹149, unless it is non-serviceable by our logistics partners. For non-serviceable areas, we will request you to kindly send your shipments to us. 

Also, return pickups typically take 10-15 days to reach us. We can only process the exchange after we have received the return shipment.

The terms of exchange are as follows:

- Only size exchange is available

- You can request for exchange only once

- If the product is damaged or used, it is not possible for us to accept an exchange request. Please make sure that you use the product indoors. Also, if your trying our shoes to check for size, please clean your pup's paws before you put the shoes on

- Products that are sold in packs cannot be exchanged as individual items

- We ask that you preserve the product in its original condition with packaging

- Delivery charges are not refundable under the exchange

 Cancellation Policy

In case you would like to cancel the order, it is possible anytime before the order is dispatched. Cancellation charges of Rs. 99 would be deducted and the remaining amount would be credited back to you. We deduct this amount as we have to pay the payment gateway and e-commerce platform a % of the transaction even if the order gets cancelled.

Good but room for improvement

Overall I’m happy with the quality of the shoe. My dog has been wearing it everyday now when we got out for walks. The quality is sturdy and the shoes are easy to clean.

The only issue that I have faced is it takes time to put them on my dog. Particularly there are 2 Velcro straps and they often get stuck in one another. And when you try to pull the 2 straps apart (after you have put on the shoe on the dog), then with that force, the entire shoe comes out of the paw and then you have start the process again.

Ideally it would be better to have one big thicker strap instead of having 2 straps. That would immediately rectify my small issue with the shoe.

We understand the concern about the Velcro straps, and we appreciate your suggestion. The reason for having two narrower straps is to ensure a secure and snug fit, especially around the ankle, where the size can vary. A single wider strap might not offer the same level of fit and may lead to the shoes slipping off during walks. That said, we will definitely take your input into consideration as we continue to refine our designs to make them even more user-friendly.
